Monica Sood FCA is the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Williams Nicolson, where Monica oversees finance and operational excellence. Previously, Monica was the Finance Director at a start-up, Bollywood Magic, where Monica founded and directed Bollywood dance teaching services. Monica also has experience as a Group Finance Manager at ITE Group plc, Finance Manager at Deutsche Bank, and Senior Financial Controller at AXA Investment Managers. Monica began their career at Deloitte as a Manager in Audit. Monica holds a BSc. in Chemistry with Management from King's College London.
