Dan Lavelle

Dan Lavelle, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in audit, financial reporting, and compliance. As a Partner and Audit Senior Manager at Williams Overman Pierce, LLP since November 2015, Dan leads various audit engagements and performs detailed financial analyses. Prior to that, Dan served as Controller at Integral Ad Science, Inc., overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring compliance with GAAP and local tax legislation. Dan also held the position of Financial Reporting Manager at Dealertrack Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included preparing documents for compliance and leading XBRL compliance efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP, where Dan planned and executed multifaceted audits for public companies primarily in the Pharma/Biotech and manufacturing sectors. Dan holds a BA in Public Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
