Jaclyn Bosma

Jaclyn Bosma is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter for Williams Plumbing and Williams Civil Construction since May 2021, Jaclyn oversees recruitment for a range of positions within a leading plumbing and civil contractor. Previously, Jaclyn worked at Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply for seven years, where various roles included managing recruitment for retail locations and the Home Office, coaching managers on best practices, and implementing an applicant tracking system. Other experience includes positions at Express Employment Professionals as an Administrative Employment Consultant and as a HR Intern at Interstates. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Human Resources from Dordt University.
