From our founding in 1954 by John C. Williams, with a plan to build the first residential subdivision north of Crabtree Creek, through decades of growth and expansion into commercial construction, development and property management throughout the Triangle area, Williams Realty & Building Company has been guided by simple principles: Treat people fairly.
