Ted Williams

Ted Williams has had extensive work experience in executive leadership positions. Ted started their career at Sara Lee Intimate Apparel, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from April 1978 to October 1986. Ted then held various executive roles at a Fortune 50 corporation, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Operations. In 1993, they co-founded Williams, Roberts, Young, Inc. (WRY) and became the CEO and Principal of the company. Their responsibilities at WRY include setting strategic direction, ensuring topline growth, and maintaining operational excellence. Overall, Ted Williams has a strong background in human resources, operations, organizational development, and general management.

Ted Williams attended Wake Forest University from 1965 to 1969, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
