Janet Mylott has over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR & Talent Operations at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since July 2006. Prior to this role, Janet held positions including Human Resources Manager at both Williams-Sonoma and A|X Armani Exchange, and gained valuable experience as a Benefits Administrator & Trainer at the University of Colorado Hospital. Janet's earlier career includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Expanets. Janet holds a degree from William & Mary, completed in 1996.
