Jon Falgout

Jon Falgout is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in system engineering and desktop support. Currently serving as the Senior System Engineer and Citrix Lead at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., since November 2011, Jon is responsible for the design and maintenance of desktop images utilized by various corporate users, including Care Center WFH agents. Previous roles include Desktop Applications Engineer and Help Desk Analyst at Howard Rice, where Jon provided comprehensive front and back office support and managed the firm's desktop environment. Jon also gained experience as a Help Desk Analyst at Morrison & Foerster LLP and a Systems Analyst at AT&T. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from California State University, Chico.
