Leonard Stofsky

Leonard Stofsky is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Leonard oversees the Checkout, Customer, and Loyalty domains. Previously, Leonard held the position of Director of Engineering at The RealReal, where notable achievements included launching a successful "Get Paid Now" feature and migrating the web UI stack to React/Jamstack. Other significant roles include Principal Engineer at Shipt, Director of Engineering at Shopkick, and extensive experience as Director of Engineering at Macy's, where Leonard spearheaded innovative mobile app features and achieved remarkable reductions in fraud rates.
