Mark Bendick

Mark Bendick, CPA, possesses extensive expertise in tax compliance and advisory services with a focus on Sales, Use, and VAT taxation. Currently serving as Tax Director at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Mark oversees the Indirect Tax function, including compliance, audits, and policy on a global scale, and leads IT system implementations related to tax processes. Prior experience includes providing tax advisory services for various retailers, directing tax audits for Gap Inc., and managing sales tax compliance and policy at Intuit. Mark began the career as a Tax Auditor with the California State Board of Equalization, conducting audits and addressing industry-specific tax issues. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University, graduating Cum Laude.
