Nicole Ruiz

Nicole Ruiz has extensive experience in sustainability and sourcing within the retail industry, spanning over two decades. At Williams-Sonoma, Inc., from January 2003 to January 2025, Nicole held multiple roles, including Vice President of Sustainability, Director of Sustainability & Environmental Impact, and various director positions in global sourcing for Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Teen. Prior to this, from January 1998 to January 2003, Nicole worked at Gap Inc. as an Associate Sourcing Manager for boys', girls', and newborn knits and wovens. Nicole Ruiz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Psychology from Humboldt State University between January 1994 and January 1997.
