Raphael Paz

Raphael Paz is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Tech Lead Product Manager for eComm and Supply Chain at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since April 2021, Raphael has previously held significant roles such as Director of Product Management for Retail Solutions at Luxer One, where product life-cycle strategies led to substantial savings and increased customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes positions at Walmart Global eCommerce as a Business Manager, where cross-functional teams launched grocery pickup solutions, and as Principal Product Manager Consultant at Baxter International Inc., focusing on post-acquisition integration. Raphael co-founded FlowSense Medical Ltd., contributing to the development of innovative medical devices, and was part of the founding team at MedDynamix. Raphael holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
