Shannon King

Shannon King serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Chief IP & Marketing Counsel at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since November 2018, providing lead counsel for intellectual property and various e-commerce matters across nine brands. Previously, Shannon held positions at PwC from November 2016 to October 2018, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel focusing on intellectual property and technology. Experience at Chevron from May 2013 to October 2016 included oversight of a global trademark and copyright portfolio, as well as anti-counterfeiting efforts. Earlier career roles include IP litigation associate positions at prominent law firms. Shannon King earned a BA in English Language and Literature from Yale University and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
