Louise Kelly

Louise Kelly is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Williams since December 2008, Louise has also held roles as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager within the company. Williams & Co operates as an independent plumbing and heating merchant across various regions in the UK. Prior to this, Louise worked at Williams Trade Supplies Ltd in HR and operations support from 2001 to 2008 and had experience as a cabin crew member at Britannia Airways Ltd from May 1994 to October 1996. Educational qualifications include an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Chaffey College (1996-1998), further studies at Solent University (2006-2007), and additional training at Eastleigh College (2017-2018).
