Sara Jo Nash has extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as Trade Support Supervisor and Outbound Sales Leader at Williams since October 2020, after previously holding the role of Sales Development Consultant. Prior to this, Sara Jo worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Design Engineering Industry at Astute Technical Recruitment Limited from October 2018 to October 2020. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Joules, where Sara Jo worked from November 2015 to October 2018, and Affinion International, where Sara Jo served as a Contact Representative from September 2009 to November 2015. Early career experience includes managing a store at Gap Inc. from January 2004 to June 2007. Sara Jo Nash holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth.

In 2015, the company was acquired from the Williams family by a consortium of management and staff, and most staff are now also shareholders.
