Rocky Lanier is a seasoned offshore project manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Offshore Project Manager at Williams since March 2020, Rocky previously held similar roles at Williams Company from May 2014 to March 2019 and Polaris Engineering from April 2019 to March 2020. Rocky’s career began at Global Industries, where responsibilities included leading projects such as the LLOG - Who Dat Project and overseeing platform salvages. Additional experience includes roles at INTECSEA as a Construction Engineer and Technip as a Project Engineer, focusing on the installation of pipelines and the development of automatic welding systems. Rocky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from McNeese State University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
