Erli brings over eight years of technical accounting, transaction services, and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Erli has advised clients on initial public offerings, de-SPACS, mergers and acquisitions, the implementation of the new revenue and lease standards, and various other complex technical accounting matters including those pertaining to debt modification, segments, reporting units, business combinations, debt versus equity classification, stock-based compensation, and SEC reporting.
Prior to WilliamsMarston, Erli was in the Advisory practice of Paradigm Advisory for 2 years and the Deal Advisory practice of KPMG for 2 years. While at Paradigm and KPMG, Erli led the fieldwork for multiple IPO readiness projects, cash to GAAP conversions, carve-outs, de-SPACs, and technical accounting engagements. Erli was responsible for overseeing the engagement team and all workstreams for each project. Erli’s industry experience includes manufacturing, software-as-a-service, and healthcare, amongst others.
Erli holds a Bachelors of Accounting and a Bachelors of Finance from Georgia State University.
