Gianni Spensieri

Gianni brings over five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston Gianni has advised clients in a variety of industries such as biotechnology, home remodeling and consumers goods. He has advised clients on a variety of accounting matters including revenue recognition, ASC 842 implementation, purchasing accounting, and debt and equity financings. Gianni has also assisted clients with interim financial and management reporting support, as well as audit preparedness.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Gianni worked in the Audit practice of KPMG LLP’s New York City office. While at KPMG, Gianni served as the in-charge Senior on a large global SEC registrant in the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive experience providing audit services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and has advised clients in the retail, mining, technology, and consumer goods industries.

Gianni is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Accounting as well Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University at Albany.
