Jeffrey Ruhser

Jeff brings over 20 years of IT experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jeff was the Director of Operations at Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC (“BVA”). For more than 14 years, he was responsible for IT, internal accounting and finance, human resources and other general administration. As head of IT, Jeff maintained company servers and data, computer deployments and maintenance, and provided all helpdesk support for BVA staff.

Prior to BVA, Jeff was the Webmaster and Systems Manager for ODC, a San Francisco-based contemporary arts institution. In these roles, he managed servers and data, computer deployments and maintenance, all helpdesk support, and built and maintained company websites. Additionally, Jeff provided planning and oversaw implementation of voice and data networks, building security, and the overall IT environment as ODC expanded into a newly constructed campus.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Colorado State University.
