Jeff brings valuation advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. His extensive valuation expertise includes financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, tax reporting matters such as 409a valuations, intellectual property and complex security analyses and litigation matters such as solvency and fairness opinions. Jeff’s broad industry experience includes the technology and life sciences industries where he serves clients ranging from early-stage to large publicly traded companies.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jeff was the Managing Partner of Bay Valuation Advisors, LLC’s (“BVA”) Boston office where he helped build the firm into a nationally recognized leading provider of complex valuation advisory services. While at BVA, Jeff advised numerous clients ranging from early-stage venture backed entities to Fortune 100 companies with their complex valuations for financial, tax reporting and litigation matters. Jeff began his career in Deloitte LLP’s Financial Advisory Services practice in San Francisco where he provided valuation services to some of the leading technology companies in the world. While at Deloitte, Jeff was a member of the Valuation Services group’s National Technology Industry practice and served as the relationship manager for several key clients.

Jeff is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
