Michael Budde

Michael brings more than six years of valuation, financial reporting, and risk management experience to WilliamsMarston. His valuation expertise includes financial reporting needs such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, and debt instrument valuations. Michael’s broad industry experience includes financial services and technology companies among many others.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Michael was a Vice President at Oracle Capital LLC assisting in valuation needs for both public and private clients across numerous industries. Prior to Oracle Capital, Michael was a Manager in the Advisory Services practice at Crowe LLP, a national public accounting firm, in both the Chicago and Denver offices. While at Crowe, Michael focused specifically on clients in the financial services sector to provide valuation services, transaction services, and credit analytics.

Michael is Accredited in Business Valuation from the AICPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from The Ohio State University.
