Erika Kaftan

Erika Kaftan has a strong background in Deaf Education and American Sign Language. Erika has experience working as an Education Director at Willie Ross School for the Deaf, where Erika oversees educational programs, testing, staff evaluations, and operations. Erika has also worked as an Instructor at Granite State College and as an IEP Coordinator/Teacher of the Deaf at EDCO Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Additionally, Erika has experience teaching various subjects to Deaf adults and working in educational support roles at different organizations. Erika holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Deaf Education.
