Willie's Restaurants
Josh Hill has worked at Willie's Restaurants since 2000. Josh started as a General Manager in February 2000 and held this role until October 2008. Josh then became a District Manager from January 2009 to September 2014. After that, they worked as a Regional Managing Partner from October 2014 onwards. Our largest concept, Willie's Grill & Icehouse is a casual dining traditional Texas Icehouse where our guests can relax and enjoy great food and colder beer in a laid back atmosphere. In addition to the Icehouse concept, we operate Fajita Willie's Cafe & Cantina located in Houston specializing in Tex-Mex fare.
