Justin Schultz has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Justin started their career as a New Restaurant Opening Training Captain at Romano's Macaroni Grill in 1999 and worked there until 2006. Justin then joined Waterloo Restaurant Ventures as a Director of Learning & Development for six years. In 2012, they became a District Manager at Kara's Cupcakes, and in 2013 they moved to Pink Taco as a Director of Learning and Development. In 2014, they joined Ignite Restaurant Group as the Director of Training and Development RMG. Currently, they hold two roles at Willie's Restaurants, serving as the VP Training since 2015 and the VP Operations Services since 2016.

Our largest concept, Willie's Grill & Icehouse is a casual dining traditional Texas Icehouse where our guests can relax and enjoy great food and colder beer in a laid back atmosphere. In addition to the Icehouse concept, we operate Fajita Willie's Cafe & Cantina located in Houston specializing in Tex-Mex fare.
