MONIQUE D. CLARK is an experienced paralegal with a diverse background in estate administration, litigation, and corporate law. Currently serving as an Estates Paralegal at Willig, Williams & Davidson since December 2019, responsibilities include managing estate probates and preparing relevant tax and legal documents. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Paralegal II at the North Carolina Department of Justice, overseeing numerous litigation cases, and Corporate Paralegal at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, focusing on contract management and litigation liaison. Earlier positions at Willig, Williams & Davidson and Caesar Rivise, PC involved drafting and editing complex legal documents and providing trial support. MONIQUE holds a Master of Fine Arts from Drexel University, a Master of Arts in English from Arcadia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College.
