Samantha Whitfield

Samantha Whitfield serves as a Councilwoman in Willingboro Township since January 2020, contributing to local ordinance development and engaging in community discussions. In addition to this role, Samantha has been a Deputy Mayor and Community Development Consultant for various nonprofit organizations since September 2019, using data-driven approaches to enhance community planning and collaboration among stakeholders. As the Executive Director of the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals from November 2020 to December 2023, Samantha led a team that significantly increased the organization's membership and promoted aviation interests among youth. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Assistant Clinical Project Manager at BioClinica and various leadership positions with the Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ. Samantha holds a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Rowan College at Burlington County.
