Rick Phillips

Rick Phillips has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Shuttle Driver at Willis Music Company since January 2016, delivering musical equipment to stores and customers. As an author, Rick L. Phillips specializes in mystery, science fiction, and children's stories, operating the Dinky Publishing imprint and publishing titles such as "Dinky the Elf" and "Project: Hero." Prior roles include working as a custodian at Erlanger Baptist Church, writing and publishing the collaborative book "With Great Power," negotiating with cardmembers in collections at Citi, and serving as a Customer Care Representative at Avaya, where Rick received multiple awards for outstanding customer service and sales performance. Rick holds a BA in Communications from Northern Kentucky University and a diploma from Lloyd Memorial High School.
