Alex Tiligadas

Alex Tiligadas is a seasoned professional in the health and benefits sector, currently serving as the Senior Director and Northern California Market Leader for US Health & Benefits at WTW since June 2018. Prior to this role, Alex held significant positions at Aon Hewitt, progressing through to Vice President from October 2007 to June 2018, and also served as Manager of Employee Benefits at Dycom Industries. Additional experience includes an advisory role to the CEO at Beewise and earlier positions at Aon Consulting, CDPHP, and Kaiser Permanente. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration from both Cornell University and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
