Alexia Fell

Alexia Fell is a Senior Recruiter at WTW, a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, since June 2023. Previously, Alexia served as a Senior Business Recruiter at Meta from January 2017 to May 2023, leading recruitment for the Partnerships group across North America and EMEA, while also championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Merkle | DBG as a Recruitment Partner, managing hiring across various sectors, and at Gartner as a Recruitment Relationship Manager for the SMB division across multiple European territories. Alexia has also held positions as Global Recruitment Manager and Global Recruiter at BBA Reman, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at G2 Recruitment Solutions. Alexia holds a 2:1 degree in Modern European Languages from Durham University.
