Alexis Faber serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Willis Towers Watson. In this role, Alexis sits on the Global Leadership Team and is accountable for supporting the company’s short- and long-term success through oversight of operations, real estate and technology. Prior to her current role, Alexis served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate Risk and Broking segment.

Alexis joined Willis Towers Watson in 2003 and has held a number of senior leadership roles with the company’s specialty businesses. She previously served as the Global Head of Financial Lines where she led a team of more than 800 professionals around the world, helping to deliver Willis Towers Watson’s specialized insurance solutions to organizations everywhere. Prior to that, Alexis led the company’s FINEX North America business, which experienced a record of consistent growth under her leadership. Her other roles have included Chief Operating Officer, North America Specialty Practices and Practice Leader of the Risk Control and Claims Advocacy Group (RCCA).

Alexis’s industry expertise spans more than 20 years in insurance and financial services. Before joining Willis Towers Watson, she worked in investment banking at Citigroup, with a focus on the financial services industry. Widely recognized as a leader in the insurance industry, Alexis was awarded Business Insurance’s prestigious Women to Watch Award in 2010 and was named to Reactions Magazine’s 35-strong “Women in Insurance” leadership forum in late 2017.

Alexis graduated from Williams College with a B.S. in Economics, and she received her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
