Eric Schake

Eric Schake is an Executive Vice President at Willis, where part of the career path led to a focus on Real Estate, Hospitality, and Gaming clients since joining the firm in 2006. Prior to this role, Eric served as the Global Real Estate Practice Leader at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from 2001 to 2006, transitioning away from daily client interactions into a leadership position. Eric's career began at Sedgwick as a Producer working with large property accounts from 1993 to 2001, and earlier experience includes a Client Executive Trainee role at Corroon & Black from 1988 to 1993, where valuable industry knowledge was acquired. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Finance & International Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
