Ethan Gardner

Ethan Gardner is a professional with a strong background in financial services and data analysis. Currently serving as a Lead Associate for Reward Data and Intelligence at WTW since October 2022, Ethan previously held positions at Mercer, where roles included Mobility COE Analyst and Support Data Analyst from March 2019 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Paraplanner at Breeze Financial, LLC, from June 2018 to October 2022, and an internship at Edward Jones in summer 2017 focused on understanding the financial advisor role. Ethan also gained valuable interpersonal skills as a server at Cracker Barrel during the summer of 2016. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning and Services, earned in 2018.
