Joseph Lo

Joseph Lo is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as the Technical Product Leader for ResQ at WTW since January 2023. Prior experience includes over 16 years at Aspen Insurance Group, where Joseph held various roles including Model Development Actuary - Reinsurance Lead, Head of Actuarial Research and Development for Reinsurance Pricing, and Head of Actuarial Research and Development for Cat Risk Management. Responsibilities involved leading teams in developing reinsurance pricing systems and collaborating with underwriters and pricing actuaries. Prior to Aspen, Joseph worked as a Consultant at EMB Consultancy LLP and began a career in academia as a Mathematics Teacher at Highgate School, London. Joseph holds a D.Phil. in Mathematics (Topology) and an M.Math. from the University of Oxford, and has attained Fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries.
