Karim Sfeir

Karim Sfeir serves as the Global Head of Strategy, Development & Innovation in Global Aviation & Space at Willis Towers Watson since April 2014, also holding the position of Executive Director, Head of CEEMEA for Aerospace, focusing on the design, implementation, and servicing of aviation insurance programs. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Director of Aviation Risk Solutions at Aon, where responsibilities involved the design and implementation of aviation insurance programs and involvement in business development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Karim began the career as a Broker, marketing and placing aviation risks, later transitioning to Client Account Manager. In terms of education, Karim has pursued a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy, Strategy Execution, Sustainable Business Strategy, and Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School Online, along with a Master's degree in International Management of Insurance from ESA - Ecole Supérieure d'Assurances and a BSc in Business with a focus on Banking & Finance from Lebanese American University.
