Raymond Gahwyler

Raymond Gahwyler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and business intelligence within the insurance and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Broking Operations North America at WTW since February 2015, Raymond has been instrumental in establishing a new national broking model and enhancing operational efficiency across various roles. Previous positions at WTW include Executive Vice President of Operations & Business Intelligence, overseeing the Northeast Region, and the Metro area. Prior to WTW, Raymond consulted for Ralph Lauren, contributing to global business intelligence and data management. Raymond's career also includes over 14 years at Marsh in various managing director roles, focusing on operations, financial reporting, and enterprise data management. Raymond holds a degree from Muhlenberg College.
