Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in business process management, architecture, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj has held various senior roles, including Director-Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leading Pega presales, practice solutions, and customer engagement. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and as a Senior Solutions Architect with Wipro Technologies, where Sebastiraj oversaw BPM architecture and program management for several high-profile clients, including MasterCard and FedEx Services.
