Shai Ganu

Shai Ganu is a distinguished Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson, where leadership encompasses global executive compensation and governance practice, along with the Rewards Business in Asia Pacific and Southern Asia. With a notable career spanning various roles in talent management and advisory, Shai has been instrumental in leading consulting teams across numerous countries. Additionally, Shai's governance contributions include serving as a Governing Council Member and Chair of the ESG Committee at the Singapore Institute of Directors, a member of the Global Governing Board of the Climate Governance Initiative, and involvement with the World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Community of Experts. Formerly, Shai held key positions at organizations like Mercer and Westpac and contributes to health and social initiatives as an Independent Director at SATA CommHealth. Shai holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University.
