Shawn Carroll

Shawn Carroll is an experienced professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Operating Partner and Senior Vice President of the Dallas M&A Team at Willis Towers Watson since January 2003. In this role, Shawn manages broking and placement across seven Willis offices in Texas and Oklahoma, and previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Placement Manager, as well as Vice President, Client Advocate, focusing on marketing and client advocacy for the M&A team. Prior to joining Willis, Shawn worked at General Reinsurance from 1998 to 2003 as a Reinsurance Underwriter, responsible for evaluating and underwriting various companies for reinsurance support. Shawn holds a degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, and Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1994 and 1999.
