Kristin Atwell Ford is an accomplished storyteller with extensive experience in the film and media industry. Currently serving as the Director of Storytelling at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since February 2024, Kristin has also been a Producer/Writer at Quantum Leap Productions since February 2003, where skills include distilling visions into clear messages and managing digital marketing projects. Kristin owned Watershed Films, LLC from May 1997 to January 2024, focusing on storytelling to foster community and meaning, with notable work including the documentary "Riders of the Purple Sage: The Making of a Western Opera." Prior roles include Writer/Producer/Director at Salt River Project, where Kristin co-directed the EMMY Award-winning documentary "Theodore Roosevelt Dam: Arizona's Living Legacy," as well as various positions at Concentric Media and as a Writing Instructor at Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Art History, and Women's Studies from Stephens College, and completed a program in New Journalism Feature Writing and Non-Fiction Writing at the Salt Center for Documentary Field Studies.
