Olivia Skatrud Phr

Olivia O’Neil, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Operations Generalist at Willmeng Construction, Inc., a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Olivia worked at BDO USA, LLP from November 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing performance, employee relations, and onboarding for over 800 employees in the West Region. Olivia's earlier experience includes roles at Peterson Sullivan LLP as a Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Receptionist/Office Coordinator from August 2017 to November 2019.
