Troy Stutz, LEED AP, CHC, is a highly experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Executive at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Senior Project Manager at Kraus-Anderson from June 2020 to June 2022 and Vice President of Business Development at RJM Construction from February 2013 to May 2020, where responsibilities included establishing long-term customer relationships and overseeing healthcare construction projects. Troy’s earlier experience includes roles as Project Executive at RJM Construction and Project Manager at Kraus-Anderson and Benson-Orth General Contractors.
