Monica Lonergan has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney. Monica went on to complete a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the same university in 2003. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Labour Law & Relations from the University of Sydney in 2012.
