Terry Carroll

Terry Carroll's work experience includes serving as a Property Strategy Specialist at Willoughby City Council since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the council's strategic assets to benefit both the community and the council economically and socially.

Before that, Terry worked at UGL Limited from 2006 to 2013 as a Strategy & Asset Manager. In this position, they directed the strategic direction of the New South Wales Police Force (NSWPF) property portfolio, including construction, acquisition, and divestment programs, as well as providing strategic advice to the Minister's Office. The portfolio had 1,400 properties valued at over $1.0 billion.

Terry Carroll attended the University of Sydney where they pursued a degree in Pharmacy.
