Catrecia Martemus possesses extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Lease-Up Property Manager for Willow Bridge Property Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Catrecia worked as a High Rise Property Manager at TRG Management Company from March 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing high-rise properties and overseeing marketing initiatives. Previous to that, Catrecia was involved with Alliance Residential Company as a Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager for Broadstone Midtown from May 2015 to February 2021.
