Michael Gaynor

Michael Gaynor, CAM, LCAM, is a seasoned business manager with extensive experience in property management and training. Since March 2015, Michael has served as the Business Manager at The Terraces with Willow Bridge Property Company, earning recognition as Certified Training Associate of the Year in 2017 for preparing new hires in various property management systems. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Lincoln Property Company, including Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager, consistently achieving low delinquency rates and managing financial reporting. Additionally, experience includes management roles at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market, where coaching and customer service enhancements were implemented. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
