Stephanie Moran

Stephanie Moran, CAPS, currently serves as Regional Property Manager at Willow Bridge Property Company since May 2025. With extensive experience in property management, Moran previously held the position of Regional Manager at Blue Ridge Companies from June 2013 to May 2025, overseeing operations and financial performance for eight properties, totaling 1,646 units, and supervising 38 employees. Earlier, as Regional Manager at Ari Apartment Management from February 2006 to August 2012, Moran managed a portfolio of eight communities and implemented training programs for employee development. Additionally, Moran served as Marketing Director, overseeing marketing initiatives for fourteen properties and addressing underperformance in properties across North and South Carolina. Beginning a career at UDR as Community Director, Moran managed a 420-unit apartment community. Moran holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management/Marketing from Elon University.
