Kyle Healy

Kyle Healy is an experienced leader in the church and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Compassion and Justice Central Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of 27 staff members and overseeing Care Center activities such as a food pantry. Prior to this role, Kyle held positions including Executive Pastor at Flood Church, Global Field Manager for the Middle East and Asia with Willow Creek, and Family Mentor with the International Rescue Committee, where mentoring of a refugee family was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Include Autism, providing financial management for a nonprofit, and consulting on program development at Bethel University. Kyle holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
