Tim VandenBos has served as the Founder and Director Emeritus of Camp Paradise at Willow Creek Community Church since February 1976. Prior to this role, Tim VandenBos served in the U.S. Army for two years from 1972 to 1974. Throughout the career, a strong emphasis has been placed on assembling skilled individuals and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance learning and skill development.
