Neha Grover is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at Willow since December 2021, Neha has previously held significant positions such as Director of Finance and Operations and Company Secretary at ADMA and Senior Finance Business Partner for ANZ at Avery Dennison. Neha's career also includes time as Finance Manager for Australasia at Lloyd's Register and as a Senior Lecturer and Professional Workplace Trainer in Accounting at TAFE.
