The leadership team of Willow Valley Associates has a long history of experience in the hospitality industry. They have held positions such as General Manager, Area General Manager, and President and COO at various companies. They have also been involved with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry and have served on the board of directors for Lancaster General Health. Their educational backgrounds are in Business Administration and Finance from Messiah University and Millersville University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
