Pamela Kinsey Bailey has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Resident Health & Wellness Services at Willow Valley Communities. Previously, Pamela worked at Conestoga View Nursing & Rehab for almost two decades in various roles including RN BSN, Director of Staff Development, and Director of Nursing. Pamela also holds a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Widener University.
